Which recipe uses your materials?

Search for an output, a machine or an ingredient. Click a heading to sort; click again to reverse it. Value each is the base or example item value in credits. Customer offers also reflect trading modifiers. Quantity is the recipe’s batch output. A dash leaves the numeric cell empty.

Printer ingredients use these short names: filament is 3D Printing Filament, scrap is Scrap Metal, and common electronics is Electronic Parts (Common). The printer needs the matching recipe chip. These entries describe the unmodified recipe, so an installed module can change the practical batch.

Which water equipment should you compare?

The Moisture Farm at 350 and Water Filter at 25 are official 1.0.0.2 changes. Other item values below are player-tested launch figures. A shopkeeper’s offer can include markup and trading modifiers.

How should you read a recipe before investing?

Separate the recipe from the production business. Ingredients make the batch, but a machine, power, containers and space may also be needed before anything reaches the counter. Treat a recipe’s output value as a comparison point and your final accepted offer as revenue.

The Chem Finisher entries use dry chemical inputs; wet liquid is a different processing stage. Hydroponic quantities are base harvest figures and change with plant traits. Hydroreed purifies its tank water and produces no harvested item; its blank value is not a zero-credit crop. Bloomberry fruit has a base value of 14 credits, separate from the seed price.

Wine value depends on the finished grade and age. Player-tested launch Homebrew starts at 100 base credits and gains 3 base credits per day of age. The full-release grade multipliers give 85–175 credits for drinkable, unaged wine, with zero value for Undrinkable. Apply the grade multiplier after aging, round half-credit ties to the nearest even integer, then account for trading modifiers. The three fermentation variants can produce different grades. See the wine quality and aging rules.

Metal Ingots have a 50-credit base value. Low purity lowers that value by 15%, Fair leaves it unchanged, and High raises it by 25%. Customer offers also reflect trading modifiers. Flux and Quality modules can raise the purity of these recipes.

For the liquid side, use water purification and the purity calculator. For the economics, read making money. The wine guide explains its container and waiting period.
