How do you win?

To win, you need to own the shop. The end-of-run screen records your most profitable sale, days survived, total worth and earned perks. Buying the property is the destination; how you finance it changes the road there.

How many ending routes are there?

Probably Stolen has 17 ending routes: two wins and 15 losses. They use 14 distinct titles: the two victories share Buyout, while three losses share Bombed.

Buyout — cash deed purchase

Buy the deed from the landlord outright. Protect the purchase money instead of committing every spare credit to inventory.

Buyout — mortgage paid off

Complete the Loan Shark’s mortgage payments to own the shop. Track each payment on the calendar.

Which debt and Security outcomes can end a run?

You Defaulted On Your Rent

Refuse rent after the landlord’s remaining grace is exhausted. Protect the next payment before expanding.

Repossession

Miss a mortgage payment without enough eligible stock for the Loan Shark to recover it.

Arrested

A Security case valued at 300–1,499 credits, or an unpaid fine, can end in arrest.

Executed

A Security case of at least 1,500 credits leads to execution.

What happens at hostile faction extremes?

Framed

Reach −100 Security reputation.

Lynched

Reach −100 Lower Levels reputation.

Assassinated

Reach −100 Upper Levels reputation.

Bombed — Revolution

Reach −100 Revolution reputation.

Retired

Reach −100 Sector 13 Cartel reputation, or cross the Cartel in its dealings.

How can Lou or a missing permit end a run?

Bombed — Lou’s toys

Cross Lou while her box is in your store and she plants an Armed Plastic Explosive. Letting it reach midnight without disarming it destroys the shop.

Bombed — Lou’s debt

Fail Lou’s final 1,500-credit demand. Cash and firearms count toward payment; coming up short leads to her second bombing outcome.

No Permit

Reach permit enforcement without a Business Permit and the shop is forced to close. Start saving when the Mentor warns about the requirement.

Which starting perks add survival endings?

Sentinel Collapse

Neglect the required Immunivax injections with Sentinel Collapse Disorder.

Augmented

Let Aug presence reach 100% with Aug Menace active.

Meltdown

Neglect the Makeshift Reactor until it fails catastrophically.

How do you avoid an accidental ending?

Keep recurring obligations visible. Rent, mortgage payments, health needs and a reactor’s upkeep all compete with the impulse to spend on stock. A rich-looking inventory does not replace the resources needed by the obligation currently due.

Read the starting perk effects before a challenge run. Use the faction guide to keep political decisions in context, and the money guide to protect cash flow. For achievements tied to owning the deed, see the Steam achievement table.
